Sacred Sensual Jasmin plant journey, Sound Bath & Sauna

The Intention of this ceremony:

Healing the feminine, connection, nourishment, relaxation, playfulness, pleasure

and deep reverence!

The sacred Jasmin will accompany our journey, weaving her healing and symbolism with our personal sense of empowerment.

The order of ceremony is designed to help you drop into your body, get out of your head, and feel safe and held to go deep within the powerful portal of the Full Moon.

         YOUR JASMIN FULL MOON CEREMONY IS:              

🍃 A red tent journey closing with a deep Sound Bath.

🍃 A ritual temple space and a safe space in which we will find mutual support and celebration gathered in sisterhood.

🍃 A deep journey informed by tantric principles, to experience pleasure as the deep oceanic sensual energy of the Goddess. 

To connect you to your body in a present and loving way so that you can feel safe to release trauma barriers, and become receptive to deep inner messages and insights.

🍃 A gentle yet profoundly transformative breath and meditation journey, in which sisters come together to heal together.

🍃 A safe space to work with the deep sisterhood wounding that needs to be felt and held in sacred ritual. 

🍃 An invitation you to do the work in a container that promotes a feeling of safety and belonging and restores balance on a profound level.

           ORDER OF CEREMONY                

🔥 Sauna Scrub Ritual -  6:30pm to 7:30pm

We will start with a Sauna, to open the body and prepare our nervous system to receive deep healing.

We will sauna together in sacred ritual designed to connect you with the sensory experience of your spiritual awareness.

• We will prepare the scrub ritualistically using Jasmin, organic coconut oil and Cornish honey.
• We will go on a meditative sensory experience encouraging presence and connection, using breath and sounding the breath.
• This journey awakens the senses and grounds our body into deep presence.

 🌒 Jasmin Journey into the tantric path  -  7:45pm to 9:45pm

A two hour journey in the womb of our ceremonial yurt, curated and facilitated in a way that explores gentle taster Tantric breath and energy practises in service of thinning the veil between the conscious and unconscious mind.  

Jasmine flowers originated in Persia,

The name 'Jasmine' is derived from the Persian / Farsi word ‘yasmin’, which means ‘gift from God’. 

In the language of flowers, jasmine stands for purity, simplicity, modesty and strength. 

This fragrant flower is used to honor deities, and to revere the transitions of life and death.

• Tea brewing to instil respect and appreciation to the plant and its sacred use.
• A guided Taoist breath meditation as we journey with the infusion of Jasmin leaves.
• Mantra chanting with live music to awaken the throat chakra and activate your sound, an essential practise for healing trauma and balancing the nervous system.
• Guided meditation to harness the grace and balance of this sacred pant.
• A somatic Neo-tantric adapted practise to connect you to your sensual energy body and create a new way to relate to your divine feminine.
• Closing the ceremony with sound bath.

            SOUND BATH JOURNEY - 9:45PM - 10:30PM              

You will be taken on a journey in which you will bathe in resonance and vibration.

A vibrational therapy in ceremony, nestled in the womb of the Mongolian yurt.

The transformational qualities of gongs were known to ancient cultures such as Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Persians, and Mongols.

Gongs, Tibetan bowls, and Crystal bowls will be woven into a deep sound journey, by the skilful and intuitive Aga, a sound healer with whom I had the deep pleasure to journey with. 

🛎️  The Gong is one of man’s most powerful and oldest transformational and therapeutic instruments. It has been used for ritual, ceremony, prayer, and meditation since the Bronze Age.

🛎️  Tibetan Singing Bowls meditation will a create a vibration that resonates with our body's energy and helps restore balance and harmony to our energy.

🛎️  Crystal bowls vibrating a resonance that resonates with your brain waves and lulls us into a peaceful and mindful state of being.

Gongs In the Buddhist texts, whoever (including the animals) hears the sound of the religious gong will be destined to the path of inner peace and wisdom.

         🌒 YOUR FACILITATORS          

My name is Dee, I am the founder of The Old School Of Mysteries and the Guardian Of The Land. 

I have practiced, held, and guided moon rituals and ceremonies for decades.

These Pujas are informed by decades of study and practice of my own lineage: We are Badawī, pre-existing Arabic-speaking communities, and flavoured by my journey as both a devotee of the Sufi path (I studied from a young age with my father who is a seeker) and my studies of the Vedic tradition in Sanskrit.

I am initiated as a Mistress of tea ceremony in my culture and a sacred sexuality priestess in the tantric tradition.

Aga Gatkowska, our wonderful sound healer and Slavic Magic practitioner, will guide you into a 45 minute deep sound bath using sacred instruments skillfully to instill a deep sense of healing on a cellular level. 

Aga practises her Slavic lineage and brings a unique flavour to our cermony.

Aga works with the elements, herbs, candles, ritual, clearing spaces and Reiki.
