We return to the temple of the sauna — of breath, of voice, of mystery to open a deeper current that runs through all sacred human connection: Eros.

Arrival & Settling – We begin in the soft warmth of the sauna barrel, building heat gradually as the relational field opens.
Opening Talk / Field Activation – On Clean Eros, the distortion of desire, and the sacred field of presence.
Voice Activation & Chanting – To awaken the body and loosen the performative mind.
Water Ritual & Blessing – A moment to let water speak to your own truth, clarity, and capacity to cleanse.
Relational Constellation Storytelling – A myth we walk through together. No acting. Just presence.
Tongue Breathwork + Guided Meditation – To clear residue and return to stillness. The breath is our bridge.
Satsang & Integration – Silence. Some words. Maybe tears. Maybe laughter. A remembering — honoured, not analysed.

Satsang means “to be in the company of truth.”
It is a sacred space for honesty, witnessing, and presence.
