An intimate container for men who are serious about diving deep within - to open, to explore, and to understand you are not alone on this journey.

A safe space where your privacy will be held in agreement with all the men present.

We will finish off the session with a sauna to sweat it all away before enjoying some tea and home made cake by the fire.
