What awaits you?

🪻 Lavender plant ceremony, 6pm - 8:15pm

We will journey with the guidance of the lavender plant medicine. 

• We will brew it as ceremonial tea in a ritualized preparation and presentation of the tea.
• we will smoke it (optional) in a sacred pipe (peace pipe) which serves as a means of prayer, meditation, and connection with the spiritual world.
• This ceremony is designed to foster inner discovery, emotional release, and a deep connection with the earth and the self.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Guided Meditation, woven into the ceremony

I will lead you through various meditation practices, helping you to quiet your mind and open your heart.

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, these guided practises support your personal growth.

🔥 Sacred Sauna Scrub Ceremony, 8:30pm - 10pm

This sacred ritual honours the wellness traditions of various spiritual paths and is designed to connect you with the sensory experience of your spiritual awareness.

• We will prepare the scrub ritualistically using lavender, organic coconut oil and Cornish honey 
• We will go on a meditative sensory experience encouraging presence and connection, using breath to encourage stillness, using movement to massage the scrub and direct the energy towards the heart. 
• This journey awakens the senses and grounds our body into deep presence.

🖊️📕 Journalling ritual

A journaling ritual is a personal practice that encourages contemplation and mindfulness, guiding you towards clarity and insight.

 🔥 Campfire and connection and integration 10pm - 12pm

Weather permitting, we gather around the campfire to connect to nature and one another.

My name is Dee, I am the founder of The Old School Of Mysteries and the Guardian Of The Land. 

I have practiced, held, and guided moon rituals and ceremonies for decades.

These Pujas are informed by decades of study and practice of my own lineage: We are Badawī, pre-existing Arabic-speaking communities, and flavoured by my journey as both a devotee of the Sufi path (I studied from a young age with my father who is a seeker) and my studies of the Vedic tradition in Sanskrit.

I am initiated as a Mistress of tea ceremony in my culture and a sacred sexuality priestess in the tantric tradition.

At the Sacred Space, we believe in the power of immersive experiences to foster deep spiritual growth. Our grounds are carefully designed to provide an environment that encourages introspection, healing, connection, playfulness and enlightenment.

Each element of the School has been thoughtfully curated to enhance your journey, from our serene yurt temple, the barrel sauna, the cold dip under the cherry tree, the inspiring labyrinth walks through the fields beyond the wall.
